Definitions

Partner (Affiliate) - an individual (aged 18 or older) or a legal entity who accepts the terms of this document and promotes the OnlyAds.agency Affiliate Program and its products on the Internet.

Affiliate Program - a marketing platform providing technical and promotional tools to affiliates for the promotion of OnlyAds.agency products online.

Product - any project promoted through the Affiliate Program (such as betting, casino, or trading projects).

Advertising Materials - banners, links, creatives, or other assets provided by OnlyAds.agency or created by the Partner for promotional purposes.

Traffic - users who visit or register through the Partner's advertising efforts.

Offers - terms and conditions that define the rules, restrictions, and compensation model for promoting a specific Product through the Affiliate Program.

Payment Models - methods for calculating Partner remuneration based on performance metrics.

CPA (Cost Per Action) - payment for a qualifying user action, typically a first deposit or registration, depending on the offer.

Hybrid - a combined model that includes multiple performance events, such as a fixed payment per action and a share of generated revenue over time.

Active Player - a user who continues to engage with the Product, making regular deposits and playing with real funds.

Reporting Period - the time frame used for calculating Partner earnings prior to payout.

1. Conditions for Working with the OnlyAds.agency Affiliate Program

1.1. General Conditions

  • To begin working with the OnlyAds.agency Affiliate Program, each Partner must review and accept these Terms.
  • By participating, the Partner agrees that OnlyAds.agency may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • By accepting these Terms, the Partner confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
  • The Partner is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. OnlyAds.agency is not liable for unauthorized access caused by the Partner's negligence.
  • OnlyAds.agency reserves the right to refuse or terminate cooperation with any Partner at its sole discretion.
  • All published versions of these Terms on the official OnlyAds.agency website are considered current and binding.
  • OnlyAds.agency reserves the right to adjust or withhold Partner payments in cases of low-quality, fraudulent, or non-compliant traffic (e.g., multi-accounts, chargebacks, non-returning users, or unusual player behavior).
  • Partners are prohibited from registering personal accounts in Products they promote. If detected, both the Partner's and the player's accounts will be terminated, and all balances forfeited.
  • Cookie stuffing or similar deceptive techniques involving the OnlyAds.agency brand are strictly prohibited.
  • Due to international sanctions, OnlyAds.agency does not provide online services in occupied or restricted territories, including parts of Ukraine (Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea, etc.).
  • The use of motivated traffic, artificial engagement, or any form of rule circumvention will result in account suspension.
  • Partners must ensure the accuracy and functionality of all tracking links. Inactive or broken links will prevent tracking and compensation.
  • Post-click tracking (cookies) is valid for 30 days.
  • Partners may hold only one active affiliate account unless prior written approval is obtained.
  • OnlyAds.agency may request traffic source information at any time. Refusal to provide such data may result in suspension or termination.
  • Payments may be withheld if there is evidence of violations of these Terms, pending investigation.
  • Abusive or inappropriate language toward support or management staff may result in termination and account forfeiture.
  • All correspondence and communication with OnlyAds.agency are confidential. Unauthorized disclosure may lead to immediate termination.
  • It is prohibited to use political figures, governmental organizations, or charitable foundations in advertising materials.
  • The use of .ru domains for promotional sources is not recommended due to potential blocking.
  • Copying other brands' content, designs, or websites to promote OnlyAds.agency Products is forbidden.
  • Brand traffic using 'OnlyAds' or variations is only permitted under pre-approved conditions defined by the affiliate manager.
  • Partners must provide previews or details of planned advertising materials upon request.
  • When promoting through Telegram or similar channels, impersonation, misleading content, or use of unauthorized materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Specific keyword restrictions may apply by region or source. Violations can lead to account blocking without payment.
  • Use of certain domain zones (e.g., .kz) for promoting offshore products in restricted regions is forbidden.
  • When using SEO traffic, domains associated with minors, state entities, or sports clubs are not permitted.
  • Misleading, charitable, or political references are prohibited in all SEO activities.
  • Phishing, data collection without consent, or impersonation of the OnlyAds.agency brand is strictly forbidden.

1.2. Partner Domain Usage Policy

  • This policy governs how Partners may use domains connected to OnlyAds.agency systems.
  • Partners retain ownership of their domains. OnlyAds.agency does not require domain transfer.
  • Domains may be disconnected at any time by the owner.
  • OnlyAds.agency may monitor domain activity to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Domains must comply with CSP 3.0 standards and data protection laws.
  • Use in sanctioned countries or territories is prohibited.
  • In the event of DDoS attacks or misuse, OnlyAds.agency may temporarily suspend domain connections.
  • Log data retention for Partner domains is limited to 7 days.
  • Cloning or unauthorized use of brand-related content is not allowed.
  • OnlyAds.agency is not liable for losses or damages related to Partner domain usage or downtime.
  • Breach of these conditions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2. Affiliate Commission Structure

All references to specific commission percentages or revenue share amounts have been intentionally removed. Partner compensation terms are defined individually per offer and may vary based on campaign performance, traffic quality, and agreement with the assigned account manager.

3. Payment Terms

  • All calculations are made in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • The reporting period is one calendar month.
  • Payments are made on a NET30 basis following the close of each reporting period.
  • Partners must ensure that payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Payment information changes must be submitted at least 5 business days before the end of the reporting period.
  • The minimum payout threshold is $500.
  • Early payments are not available.
  • Accounts inactive for 6 months may be suspended and funds forfeited after notification.
  • OnlyAds.agency reserves the right to suspend payments if fraudulent or non-compliant activity is suspected.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • The Affiliate Program does not compensate for indirect losses or moral damages.
  • Disputes must be submitted in writing via email to support@onlyads.agency within three (3) calendar days of the issue.
  • The review period for complaints is up to 20 business days.
  • Communication via messengers (e.g., Telegram) is not considered official.
  • All appeals must include: full name, email address, account ID, date, and description of the issue.
  • Appeals containing profanity, threats, or defamatory statements will not be reviewed.
  • If no resolution is reached within three (3) months, disputes will be settled under the laws of the State of Israel, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
